Candidate should have the experience to work with Functional and technical SME to drive the design and overall solution, review of test cases, process change requests, manage a project’s scope, Daily Scrum, acceptance, and deployment.
Candidate should have excellent customer interaction skills on technology and business issues
Candidate should have hands-on implementation experience in Workday and HR business processes (Hire to retire, talent management, Payroll processing, performance management) including localization requirements in the US, Europe regions specifically for HR
The candidate should have strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skill, communication skills and must be a team player
Bachelor's degree in computer science, MBA with technology-related emphasis preferred.
